The quiz aimed to encourage employees to stay updated on business developments and global advancements.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from NHPC employees across various offices, power stations, projects, and units.
The quiz consisted of preliminary, semi-final, and grand finale rounds, held at NHPC’s Corporate Office in Faridabad.
Winners of the quiz were Smt. Rashmi Saraswat and Shri Sanjeev Kumar Dhiman, followed by first runner-up and second runner-up teams.
The winning team received the trophy from Director (Finance), NHPC, in the presence of other senior officers.
Renowned Quizmaster Shri S.P.S. Jaggi conducted the Semi Finals and Grand Finale of the quiz.
The event was attended by NHPC senior officers with Chief Guest Director (Finance), NHPC, and Director (Personnel) joining via video conference.

Update on Commercial Coal Mines Auction by Ministry of Coal

Bids for 9th round and second attempt of 7th round of commercial coal mines' auction opened by Ministry of Coal.
27 coal mines were put up for auction in the 9th round and 33 bids were received, while 5 coal mines were put up for auction in the 2nd attempt of 7th round and 7 bids were received.
Companies like Tata Steel Ltd, JSW Steel Ltd, Rungta Sons Pvt Ltd, etc., submitted bids in the auction process.
A total of 40 bids were received from 27 companies.
Technical Evaluation Committee will evaluate the bids, and technically qualified bidders will be shortlisted for participation in the electronic auction on MSTC portal.
